The Interstate Commerce Commission brought this action to enjoin the Jamestown Farmers Union Federated Cooperative Transportation Association from alleged violations of sections 206(a) and 209(a) of Part II of the Interstate Commerce Act, 49 U.S.C.A. §§ 306(a) and 309(a). These sections of the Act provide that no common or contract carrier by motor vehicle, subject to the provisions of the Act, shall engage in interstate operation...
