Appellee, herein called the insurer, sued under the federal Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 400, to obtain a declaration of rights under a policy of automobile liability insurance issued by it to appellant Fereva. In addition to the insured, the complaint named as defendants Charles and Doris Dickinson and William Kemp, all three of whom had been injured in an accident involving the automobile covered by the policy.
