Pillsbury, to appellee, William Donoho, under the provisions of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., made applicable to employees of persons engaged in national defense work by the Defense Base Act of August 16, 1941...
