The respondent determined deficiencies for the year 1941, as follows:

  Income tax .........................  $14,412.66
  Declared value excess profits tax ..    5,396.98
  Excess profits tax .................   47,485.02

The only issue is the reasonableness of salaries paid to two office and three employees.
