On June 21, 1939, plaintiffs brought action against this defendant. The complaint alleged infringement by the defendant corporation of certain patents of the plaintiff Penmac Corporation. Plaintiff The Wahl Company was an exclusive licensee. The controversy was over certain automatic pencils. Plaintiffs also asked for a preliminary injunction to restrain the alleged infringement. The injunction was granted by Judge Leibell on July 25, 1939...
