The District Attorney filed informations severally against Cincinnati Terminal Warehouses, Inc. (herein called Warehouses) and against C. & D. Motor Delivery Company (herein called Delivery Co.). The information against Warehouses contained 20 counts. Each count detailed separate transactions in which Warehouses was charged with soliciting, accepting and receiving rebates...
