This appeal is from a judgment, in an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff's decedent, alleged to have been caused by defendant's negligence. The judgment, favorable to plaintiff, followed a jury trial.

Defendant urges three grounds for reversal: (1) the insufficiency of the evidence to sustain the judgment, raised by the court's refusal to direct a verdict in favor of the defendant, and the court's denial of defendant...
