The State of Oklahoma, on the relation of the County Attorney of Carter County, the Board of County Commissioners of Carter County, and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, as trustee for the county, brought this action in the state court against Walter Neustadt, Paul Frame, and Magnolia Petroleum Company.
