This is a suit arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. Plaintiffs sue defendant on the theory that their hour off at noon for lunch should be paid for as overtime, at one and one half. The suit was filed February 22, 1945. All of the plaintiffs are old employees, having worked for defendant for about four to nine years. They sue for the lunch hours every day they have worked...
