This is one of several suits brought by plaintiff growing out of the defendant's administration of its affairs. This one involves interest on the "Menominee Log Fund." The plaintiff had on deposit in the Treasury of the United States a fund known as the "Menominee Log Fund," upon which defendant had agreed to pay interest at 5 per cent.
