The action is one in habeas corpus instituted by Paul Parsons in his own proper person, upon the ground that his confinement at the Lima State Hospital is illegal, void and of no effect whatsoever for the reason that the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, was wholly without jurisdiction to make an adjudication of the question of the insanity of the petitioner and the commitment therefor, and for the further reason that the petitioner is sane...
