Polish, Inc., sues upon two causes of action, alleging respectively, violations of sections 60, sub. a, and 60, sub. b, of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 96, sub. a, and sub. b, and of section 44 of the Personal Property Law of New York, Consol.Laws N.Y. c. 41, commonly known as the "Bulk Sales Law."
