Anderson, receiver of the National Bank of Kentucky, of Louisville, against Banks-Miller Supply Company, Meyer Mittenthal and others, to recover an assessment on shares of such national bank held by Banco Kentucky Company, a bank stock holding company. The bank stock was held by such Banco company and the defendants were stockholders of Banco. This case has been continued, awaiting decision...
