This action was brought by the plaintiff to recover unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, costs and reasonable attorney's fees under the provisions of § 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219.
