Falk, and Moran Towing and Transportation Company, Inc., operator of the Tug Nancy Moran, for damages caused by collision of the Nancy Moran with the Foz do Douro on April 10, 1943 on the Delaware River off the entrance of the Delaware and Chesapeake Canal.
