The complaint filed by the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, requests this Court to enjoin and restrain the defendants and all persons acting under them from violating the provisions of Section 15(a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215(a) (2) and (5). The defendants asked that the plaintiff furnish them with bills of particulars to clarify certain of the allegations...
