This is a motion for an order reviewing the taxation of costs by the Clerk of this Court. The action was originally commenced in New York Supreme Court but was removed here. It was subsequently tried without a jury. Plaintiff in its complaint demanded the sum of $5,242.15. The findings of the District Court are to the effect that plaintiff was entitled to this amount.
