This is an action by the plaintiff, Clayton V. Hamilton, against defendants Northwest Underwriters, hereafter called Underwriters, The General Insurance Company of America, hereafter called General, and H. P. Thurber on a contract to recover commissions on insurance premiums. It is based on a contract executed December 1, 1937, by Underwriters and the plaintiff. The plaintiff, a citizen of California, claimed a sum in excess of $3,000 from Underwriters...
