TURNER, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in income tax and excess profits tax against petitioner for the calendar year 1941 in the respective amounts of $1,850.77 and $353.16. The only question submitted is the reasonableness of the salaries paid by petitioner to two of its officers.
