On May 4, 1943, Sam Ehrlich, upon verdict directed by the trial court, was found not guilty on each count of an information charging him with violations of regulations promulgated under the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 901 et seq.
