This is a motion for a new trial. The plaintiff, the Pep Boys, Manny, Moe and Jack, were the owners of premises at Tenth and Summerville Avenue, in the City of Philadelphia, which was used as a warehouse for the storage of their merchandize used in the transaction of their business, and for office purposes.
