Frank H. Buck, a member of Congress from the State of California, died in the District of Columbia September 17, 1942. By his last will he nominated his brother, Leonard W. Buck, of California, as his executor. At the time of his death he owned securities and personal property located in the District of Columbia to an amount in excess of $500,000.
