This suit is one to enjoin defendant's alleged violation of the one and one-half overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The violations were denied by defendant. The court found for plaintiff and permanently enjoined defendant "from violating the provisions of Sections 15(a) (1) and 15(a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938" in the respects designated.
