WILSON, District Judge.

The question here is what sentence, if any, can be imposed upon defendant at this time? He was charged by information in four counts, with violation of 50 U. S.C.A. Appendix § 633, being what we call OPA violations, and contrary to the Second War Powers Act of 1942 and Ration Order No. 5C, as amended.

The defendant personally appeared in open court at Forth Worth on November 30, 1943...
