In the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Missouri, hereafter called the Missouri court, there were two indictments against appellant. The first indictment (case No. 14,028) was in two counts. Count 1 charged a violation of § 2(a) of the Act of May 18, 1934, c. 304, 48 Stat. 783, 12 U.S.C.A. § 588b(a).
