This appeal involves the correctness of a decision of the trial Judge, reversing an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which vacated a turn over order issued upon the petition of the Trustee in Bankruptcy of L. H. Beall, and requiring the First Bank of Marianna, Florida, appellant, to turn over to the Trustee in Bankruptcy $3,500 which had been paid to it by the executors of the estate of W. W. Beall.
