The above entitled causes comprise four separate and distinct indictments charging the defendants with violation of the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 301 et seq., the specific charge in two of such indictments being that the defendants failed to return to C. P. S. Camp No. 111 at the expiration of a furlough; in one that the defendant deserted said camp and in the other that the defendant failed to...
