The petition seeks to enjoin the enforcement of an ordinance of the City of Atlanta making it unlawful to operate "pin ball machines" within the City and alleges that plaintiff, a nonresident of the State of Georgia, is the owner of certain slot machines, known as "pin ball machines," one of which was formerly located on the business premises of one Jimmie Vickers...
