Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

DISNEY, Judge:

This proceeding involves income taxes for the calendar year 1941. The Commissioner determined a deficiency in the amount of $1,184.28. The only issue presented is whether the 30,000 Commonwealth and Southern Corporation Option Warrants, of which the petitioner was the owner during the entire taxable year, became worthless during the taxable year 1941.
