These are actions in which jurisdiction is based solely on the federal copyright statute, for there is lack of diversity of citizenship. The District Court held that defendants had flagrantly infringed the plaintiffs' copyrights of certain songs. The evidence fully supports that court's findings of fact which in turn justify its legal conclusions, unless there is merit to defendants' contention that...
