Appendix, § 311, it being alleged that he unlawfully, wilfully and knowingly failed and neglected to perform a duty required of him under the said Act and the Regulations promulgated thereunder by failing to report for induction on July 1, 1943, as required by a notice duly given to him on June 18, 1943, by his Local Board...
