Appellant was indicted in the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of California. The indictment was in seven counts. Counts 2, 4 and 6 were dismissed. Appellant pleaded guilty to counts 1, 3, 5 and 7 and was thereupon sentenced to be imprisoned for three years on count 1, two years on count 3, three years on count 5 and three years on count 7, the sentences on counts 1, 5 and 7 to run concurrently, the sentence on...
