The Government has demurred to the plaintiff's petition. The petition alleges that on March 25, 1942, the plaintiff made a contract with the Government to construct for it the Radford Community Hospital, for the price of $266,722.22, the work to be completed on or before November 9, 1942; that at the time the contract was entered into the plaintiff was led to believe that the Government would do nothing to prevent...
