This is a suit to enjoin the enforcement of a suspension order entered by a Hearing Administrator of the Office of Price Administration on an appeal from a Hearing Commissioner. The effect of the order, as modified on appeal, is to prevent the plaintiff, the owner of a gasoline filling station, from dealing in gasoline for a period of sixty days.
