This action was instituted by the plaintiff, Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, against the widow and children and a grandson of James D. Irick, deceased, under the interpleader statute, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41, Subdivision 26. The plaintiff filed its complaint and deposited in the registry of the court the sum of $915.34.
