Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

HILL, Judge:

This is a consolidated proceeding involving the redetermination of deficiencies in personal holding company surtaxes of $1,531.89, $4,378.35 and $5,615.02 for the years 1938, 1939 and 1940, respectively. The deficiencies were determined as a result of several adjustments, only one of which is contested for each year. The only issue is whether petitioner is entitled to any dividends paid credit in the computation...
