We have here appeals from decisions of the Commissioner of Patents (speaking through an assistant commissioner) reversing decisions of the Examiner of Trade-Mark interferences in two trade-mark opposition proceedings.

There is no substantial difference between the issues involved in the respective cases and it was stipulated by counsel for the parties that the records for the appeals might be combined and printed as one joint record...
