This is an appeal by three creditors of Long Island Properties, Inc., from an order of the District Court, May 31, 1944, confirming a plan of reorganization submitted by the debtor's trustee in reorganization proceedings under Bankruptcy Act, Ch. X, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The three creditors, Country Life Apartments, Inc., Mast Corporation, and Alfred L. Lundin, were owners and holders of claims for mechanics liens, of general claims...
