The petitioner registered in accordance with the Selective Training Act of 1940, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 301 et seq., claimed exemption from combatant and noncombatant service, because he was conscientiously opposed to war in any form by religious training and belief, and he was classified as a conscientious objector.
