This is an appeal from an order of the District Court, sitting as a Probate Court,1 which removed appellant as administratrix c.t.a. of her son's estate. The son's will divided the residuary estate between appellant and appellee. Appellant, as a creditor in her own right, filed substantial claims against the estate.
