Laudani, the appellant, and one Rossi, along with several others, were charged in each of a number of counts in fourteen separate indictments with having induced, by means of intimidation, threats of dismissal, etc., certain named employees of a company doing work, financed in part by grants from the United States, to give up to the defendants portions of the employees' weekly compensation in alleged violation of the Act of June 13, 1934, c....
