Appellant appeals from a series of orders pertaining to the disposition of a fund of $2500 deposited as bail for one Rudolph Abrassart, who was indicted for violation of the Internal Revenue Laws pertaining to taxes on alcoholic liquors. Abrassart pleaded guilty to two counts of the indictment and was given a suspended sentence of a year and a day and a fine of $1000 on each of the two counts.
