Van Pelt brought suit to recover monthly disability payments on a government convertible life insurance policy, and after an adverse verdict and judgment entered thereupon, appealed, claiming error on the part of the trial court in refusing to submit proposed interrogatories to the jury, and for erroneous instructions.
