These are cross-appeals from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office in an interference proceeding embracing twelve counts. The board's decision affirmed the decision of the Examiner of Interferences in so far as it awarded priority as to counts 1, 3, and 7 to the party Bostwick and counts 10, 11, and 12 to the party Schnedarek but reversed it in so far as it awarded counts 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 to Bostwick.
