Plaintiff is the widow of Paul Ehrlich, an eminent German physician and scientist, the discoverer of "Salvarsan", who died in Europe in 1915. She is an alien, who at the date of the transaction resided in Switzerland, but who now resides in the United States. She and her husband had two daughters, who are now naturalized American citizens.
