In 1928, the assignors of the appellee, Ledbetter, were awarded, inter alia, a money judgment by the District Court of Carter County, Oklahoma. The succeeding fifteen years have been spent in unsuccessful effort to secure satisfaction of that judgment. The current phase of this effort is represented by the action for mandatory relief which Ledbetter, as trustee, instituted in the District Court...
