These three cases will be considered together for the purpose of disposition, since they all involve a construction of certain parts of Titles VIII and IX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1001 et seq., 1101 et seq., before its amendment in 1939. The plaintiff in each case is a subordinate Aerie of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the defendant is Clark Squire, as Collector of Internal Revenue in this District. The actions...
