On June 19, 1942, the Securities and Exchange Commission entered an order under Section 11(b) (2) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, 11 U.S.C.A. § 79k(b) (2), requiring Standard Power and Light Corporation (referred to herein as "Standard Power") to liquidate and terminate its existence.
