December 20, 1937, Anna L. Harris filed her petition for relief under § 75 of the Bankruptcy Act1 in the District Court for Utah. She made an offer of composition and, while this offer was pending, she died. January 16, 1939, the bankruptcy court ordered the proceeding abated because of her death. March 30, 1939, the petitioner was appointed administrator of her estate.
