Chatlos, owner of nearly one thousand dwelling units in the Defense-Rental Area of Bridgeport, Connecticut, brings his complaint to this court under § 204 of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 56 Stat. 23, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 924, alleging that he is aggrieved by an order of the Price Administrator denying his protest against the provisions of Maximum Rent Regulation No. 5 for Housing Accommodations Other than Hotels...
